Enviro Air Warrantee

Compressed Air Warranty Policy Standard Terms and Conditions of warrantee:
Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd, offers a full coverage warrantee on the range of rotary screw compressors, this is subject to outlined conditions regarding Maintenance schedules and installation procedures. It is important to note that all items claimed under the warrantee and approved by Enviro Air management will be exchanged at no cost, however all additional costs will be incurred by the customer i.e. (Transport and Labour). This will not fall under the warrantee scope and will not be compensated or reimbursed by Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd compressors.

1. Rotary Screw Air End

Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd, offers and extensive three-year warrantee on all rotary screw compressors, un the conditions that the service schedule can be proven to be up to date and use of correct parts have been utilized.  This is also subject to the submission of the original commissioning/installation form.

2. Compressor components

Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd, offers a two-year warrantee on the unit itself subject to the following exclusions:

  • Inlet volumetric valves
  • Discharge check valves
  • Air-End Rotary oil seal
  • Rubber couplings and belts

All mentioned parts fall under service and perishable items and are not subject to by the warrantee coverage.  Unless approved by Enviro Air management under special conditions such as immediate start-up failure on initial commissioning.

3. Electrical

Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd, warrantee coverage does not include any electrical systems, parts, and components within the unit, other than factory manufacturing faults, this is subject to the approval by Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd management under special conditions.  Also Included is Main motors and Fan motors, unless proven that the initial cause o failure was due to a manufacturing fault.  In this event Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd, holds the rights to either replace or repair the faulty part only, and is subject to running conditions, type of failure and operating hours.

Disclaimer

All warrantees and guarantees offered specifically exclude fair wear and tear, damage, or failure due to incorrect installation and commissioning of the unit, incorrect operation by the customers personnel.  Consequential damage resulting from parts and machine work not offered or done by ourselves.  Failure to components on which our full scope of work has not competed as per recommended service guidelines. All equipment must be checked on collection or in case of delivery receipt and any damages and discrepancies must be reported immediately and confirmed in writing within 72 hours.  Any claims for damages or any other discrepancies thereafter will be null and void and will be subject to Enviro Air (Pty) Ltd managements deaccession.
